What does 1-on-1 coaching involve?

Personal check-ins and coaching sessions focused on monitoring progress and setting goals.

What is the time commitment?

The core commitment is your bi-monthly Growth Circle — a 3-hour session with your peer group. Beyond that, it’s up to you. Most members join 1 to 2 additional sessions per quarter, such as online topic discussions, events, or workshops. On average, you’ll spend 3 to 4 hours per month actively engaging, with flexibility to scale up or down depending on your goals and availability.

How are the groups put together?

Participants are carefully selected based on their individual needs, challenges, and experience levels to ensure an effective and harmonious group dynamic.

When do the sessions take place?

The sessions are scheduled regularly and include a mix of daytime and evening events, both online and offline. Members receive a detailed calendar with all planned activities, so you’re always informed about upcoming events and workshops.

What if I miss a session?

No problem. We share the schedule well in advance, but we understand that things can come up. We can reschedule your session with another group.
